Do you ever find yourself so frustrated and overwhelmed that you can’t go on with the rest of your day?
I’ve been there too.
I feel like I have no energy. I have no motivation to get things done. My head hurts, my brain feels like it’s in a fog, and my body just won’t cooperate.
Samesies.
I realized that when I’m in this rut, I usually haven’t done something for me. Something to give me energy to do the things I want to do. As moms, we live our lives providing for others. Nurturing our children and finding things for our spouses. In the end, we’re left depleted.
Do you get what I’m saying?
We have to fill our cup so we can fill others.

This is so true! I always say “you can’t pour from an empty cup.” I make sure to take time for myself at least once a week! Thanks for the reminder!

Yes. I had a year of this when I had a parent die. I dove into self help books and they helped. Thank you for being honest about these types of feelings.

It can be hard while taking care of everyone else to take the time for myself. Thanks for the reminder.
