I never thought I would want a backpack for a diaper bag, but once you have a baby you need all limbs available! (I thought I’d never drive a minivan but here we are!) I actually have two diaper bags. The Boss backpack when we are going on long adventures (day trips) and the Mini when we are doing small trips (grocery, store, etc.) I love both backpacks and think they are so worth it!

- Diapers: I usually carry at least 2 when I’m out and about. I don’t have a preference of what brand of diapers.
- Wipes: I’m a little more picky on wipes since fragrance is associated with most wipe brands. I prefer Honest or WaterWipes.
- Blanket: You never know when you need one. Especially at pediatrician visits!
- Teethers: Now that Isla is beginning to teethe, hardcore. I keep a few on hand! (I love Itzy Ritzy brand! Is that not obvious? LOL)
- Extra clothes in Wet Bag: When a blow out happens! It wouldn’t be a bad idea to have an extra t shirt for yourself! The wet/dry bag is perfect to store wet or dry iteas while traveling. Eco-friendly as well. I use this one for extra clothes and have another one as my lunch sack at work! Plus, it’s perfect to store your pumping equipment on the go!
- Hand sanitizer : Because, cleanliness. I love the Honest brand!
- Sunglasses: Because our eyes need protection. (Mine were from a resale shop, Isla’s are from The Children’s Place.)
- Changing pad : This came with the diaper bag!
- Mom Things: Brush, tissues, makeup. You know, the essentials.
- Baby First Aid Kit: Bulb syringe, brush/comb, alcohol wipes, etc.
- Granola bars : When you get hangry. Especially you nursing mamas.
- Extra bottle: I always carry an extra bottle or two, depending on how long we will be out of the house.
- Wallet: I love having a wristlet that I can put in any bag and not change over purses!
- Reusable Snack Bags: These are the bags holding my makeup, first aid kit, and mom things. If you are trying to get rid of plastic in your life, I highly recommend these eco-friendly packs, perfect for snacks or anything you needs to organize!
